Summer Flounder may
not have head or tails removed or otherwise be cleaned, filleted or
skinned until brought to shore with the following exceptions: the white
side fillet or white skin only on legal size fluke may be removed and
used for bait. The dark side must remain completely intact for
inspection.
 
Remember to follow the above conservation laws
regarding size and catch limits and open seasons and please think about the future and
only keep the fish you will use.
